| Please help! I am using kazaa (really great program, I must admit) for my personal needs. Guys, you just cant imagine what I have founded so far over the kazaa network. But, that is more or less important, heh! The problem is my computer. I am used to restore my system image back, for about once in a month. I am using Windows XP firewall, and I have Norton anti virus installed on my system. No matter what, my computer seems to slow down with its performance, and there is no sign of threat from Norton analysis. Is it possible that Kazaa is responsible? |

| No matter which P2P program you are using, you must accept a Trojan as some kind of passport for your needs. That kind of Trojan is not detected as a possible threat from any anti spyware or anti virus. Remember, we are able to think, and computers are only able to compute and nothing else. A lot of free material is available over Kazaa, just like over Limewire or eDonkey, for example. You are trying to share something with someone over the net, from anywhere in the world, and your firewall is asking you every first time for approval, outgoing connection, etc. You are probably answering with yes. That is the key answer. That is why Torrent files are more secure and more reliable. There are no rules with Kazaa or Limewire. You are connected with some geek, and that is. Where is that guy, from which you are downloading files? Who he is? So, what we can say about kazaa? Of course it is a possible spyware problem. In fact, 100 possible. Try using torrents instead. Torrent network and technology, has its own rules. There are torrent servers. And torrent files there. Free and clean as servers are. More about torrents, if you are unfamiliar with, you can find in Google. I hope this was helpful |
