| I have been using the IE for last couple of years and everything worked fine. However, until a few months ago, I couldn't defend my computer from all sorts of viruses. I also had to reinstall my OS several times but it did not help me on a longer period. After a few days on the Internet, I had the same problems again. I wanted to install AVG but I heard there is some conflict between ZA firewall and AVG free. |

| In the last time, Mozila Firefox and Opera are much more popular Internet browsers then IE. Many users claim that they are much faster and much less prone to viruses then the Explorer. I personally do not agree with them. I am also on the Internet at least 12 hours per day and I am using Internet Explorer without any problems. I have installed SpyBot as an anti-spyware software. It is completely free. I also use AVG as an anti-virus software and have installed Zone alarm firewall on my computer. They worked just fine together and I am completely satisfied with that combination. If you have Microsoft Windows XP, you also should install SP 2. |
