Hello! I am running Windows XP Professional operating system with Service Pack 2 installed. Since few days ago I have a problem with pop-up windows. My friend told me that my system is infected by virus. So, is this some new virus? Pop-up virus? Can you tell me something more about this? Thanks.

Hello. I will do my best to explain you this. Pop-up are not virus. But, pop-up windows are caused by some virus, spyware or other malware. So, you will need to perform deep scan of your computer. first boot Safe Mode. Then start scanning with your antivirus program. When you finish scanning with antivirus, start your antispyware.
