Hello! I am running Windows XP Professional operating system with Service Pack 2 installed and my default browser is Mozilla Firefox. I have a problem with streaming some videos on the internet. When I try to stream them, I am getting message that QuickTime plug-in is missing. So, what causes this problem Firefox or Quicktime?

Hello! Well, as your error message saying, you cannot play some videos on certain web pages because you are missing QuickTime plug-in. So, you will need to download and install this plug-in. When you o that, you will be able to stream these videos without any problem. I really hope my answered helped you!
