Plextor and Nero not working together

Hello! Recently I have installed Nero burning software on my Windows XP operating system with service pack 2 and all of patches installed. I have Plextor CD burner and it seems to me that Plextor and Nero not working together. What is your opinion about this? Can you tell me, please? Thank you!

Hello! Last year I had Plextor CD burner, too. I have bought Nero burning software and installed and I have concluded same as you. From some reason Plextor and Nero not working together. I have searched for cause of this problem, but I could not find it, so, I have changed my CD burner.
