I bought a pirated version of Office software few years ago. At that time this was normal in my country and everybody run their business that way. Now the times are changing and slowly every firm needs to have genuine software. Im interested if there is a way to make my copy legal or do I have to buy original? And is the pirated version same as the original, I mean will I have the same thing. I only use word and excel for my work is there is a way to buy just two of these?

Hi there,
As far as I know there is no way to buy just Word and Excel but somebody may correct me. There are other ways to avoid paying for them by using free software but I talk about this later.
First let me explain some facts about pirated software. Apart from being usually almost free pirated software is same as original. Its called pirated because they are sold by third persons for a small amount or money or even shared free on the internet. Its usually includes keygen, crack or manual to avoid developers protection. But once this crack is applied program becomes fully functional.
So when you (if you) buy a legal version u will have the same program in front of you.
And here we come to issue of free software. There is a group of people which is developing completely free version of Office called Open Office. This program is fully functional and will satisfy all of your need and best off all its free. You can download it for free from developers site.
