Hello! I have a problem using my Pioneer DVD. It was not like this few days ago! I am still playing some movies but it wont recognize any data DVDs. How is this possible? I mean I have burned some data DVDs and now its own source wont read it? Please advice!

Hello! You are probably a victim of some burning tool application! Try to reinstall your drive! You are using XP I presume?! Yes?! Then reinstall it and Windows will recognize it in a flash. If this does not help, try getting the info on that particular DVD. Nero is a good burning companion. If you have burned data from Nero, check out the preferences! Maybe youve set some permission?
