Pinnacle Software issues help

Hello! I have installed Pinnacle Software on my computer, but when I try to burn audio CD using it, I am getting message that I should insert blank CD into burner – but I already did that! I have never had and I do not have any problem like this with my Nero. Nero still works just fine. Help me with this!

Hello! Could be that Pinnacle Software does not support your burner. But, also could be that your Pinnacle Software and Nero software have some conflicts. I know that Nero and Roxio have conflicts and that is why I am suspecting that same thing is with Pinnacle Software and Nero. I hope my answer helps you!
