Pictures cannot be transferred to CD-RW

Hello! Yesterday my friend gave me software for burning (Nero 6) and I ave installed it on my computer. I use windows XP operating system with Service Pack 2. Anyway, today I have tried to burn some pictures on my cd-rw, but I could not. Could you tell me something about burning procedure? Thank you!

Hello! I can see that you have some troubles and I am sure that you have installed software properly, so, you should not be worried about some your mistakes. You have a very simply problem. Namely, Nero 6 (you said your friend gave it to you this software) it wont works under win XP SP2. You should install Nero 7 and you will be able to burn your pictures on your cd-rw.
