| Hi. I was doing some jpeg editing inside Adobe Photoshop last night and I have just saved the file on the desktop. I also saved the file as the default PSD format and after that I didn’t touched anything after. Just a while ago, none of them won’t appear in the Photoshop if I select them from the recent files list. Error, the file may be corrupted, while Windows Picture and Fax viewer, shows the jpeg totally white. But, the most interesting thing is that I can see the file from the task pane view mode or as thumbnail, without any problem. Windows Explorer acts like the best viewer? |

| You should know so far that you just can’t save jpeg without “as a copy” option checked, when you were prompted for the location from the Adobe. You have probably edited that file from the desktop and saved there too, after completion. Well, that’s bad practice. Maybe you can recover your files by opening them form the Internet Explorer but I doubt that. Next time when you work with Adobe, especially when you are using Layers, please prefer PSD format more than any other. |
