I have some sensitive information on my USB Pen Drive and I would like to protect it with passwords. I have tried regular approach, like I am doing on Windows XP and regular hard drive, but I do not have that option for folders on USB Pen Drive. Is there any way I can set individual passwords for folders on USB Pen Drive?

You can not set passwords on USB Pen Drive as you do on hard drive because file systems are different. Windows XP is using NTFS as default for hard drive and it supports file security, but USB Pen Drives are formatted as FAT32 and you can not set password for individual folder on that file system. You will need some third party tool like Password Protect USB. Install this tool on your USB Pen Drive and set as many passwords as you want.
