Hello! I have bought new HP laptop. I have two partitions: one with Vista and other with HP utilities. Regarding the fact that these partitions are big, I have tried to decrease them, so, I can install windows XP OS. I have used Acronis Disk Director, but Vista partition is locked out. Is there any way to decrease that partition?

Hello! You should decrease that partition with disk management in Vista. I think that third part software was not good idea. With Vistas disk management you will not have any troubles for sure. When you shrink partition, you will be able to install XP OS. I hope this helps you!
