| When I bought my computer, it was installed with a single partition of entire hard disk, which is 40GB. I discovered that this was very bad thing to do, because every time something goes wrong I have to backup all data to CD in order to format c:. I’ve got myself Partition Magic 7 but I don’t know how to make boot disk to start it separately from windows, in order to split my present system partition. |

| Hi there! Make yourself a bootable floppy disk by creating start-up disk in win98 or winME, or download it and create manually from www.bootdisk.com. Using Nero or some other burning program you can make bootable CD from this floppy. After that you copy the DOS version of Partition Magic to this CD. Make sure your bios is set to be booted from CD, and reboot the computer. When your Start up cd has booted-up, enter the PM and do the desired operations. |
