| Hello there people. I have some problems regarding Paint Shop Pro version 7. Every time I try to open this program I get some access violation error message and then the program shuts down. I dont know how many times I have used this program before, I have this version installed, but I really didnt had time to play with so far. Is reinstall going to remove this problem? |

| Hi. In most cases, yes. You should try to repair or remove and than install again. This is caused by some other program installed after Paint Shop Pro maybe. Some of the files within temp folder are there present, who knows? Anyway, access violation has to do something with the SP1 and Direct X issues. I suggest you to try to update your DX system platform to the latest version, it is very important thing. |
