Hello. I have a question about Paint Shop Pro 9.0. When I try to install this program I receive error 1935 and I am not able to finish installation. I have been searching around for answer for a quite some time but I was unable to find any answer. Can you help me with this problem?

This problem is not only tied with Paint Shop Pro 9.0 installation but with the conflict in MSI and some antispyware software (AdAware, SystemMechanic…). You will have to disable resident protection of antispyware program before you begin installation. You will be able install software then. I hope that this solved your problem.
