I hope it is not a big problem (everything is working fine) but I hear noise coming from PSU whenever I turn on computer. I am guessing that the noise is from PSU fan and I am worried if it means that fan is working slower then needed and that it will cause Power supply unit malfunction. Do you have some guidelines how to fix this problem?

PSU fan is one of the noisiest parts of computer. When computer is turned on it starts immediately and then the loudest sound is heard. When it works for some time noise is reduced. If noise is really annoying then probably you have dust in your PSU which prevents fan from easily turning around and causes it to use more power then usual. Try cleaning dust with vacuum cleaner and see if that reduces noise. If it does not help than your fan is failing and Power supply unit should be replaced while you still can.
