Hello! My name is Mark and I hope you will know what I need to do 6o fix my problem. I will explain you now what my problem is: I have just bought PlayStation 3 and I have a problem with DVD. DVD is just spinning. What do you recommend me to do? This is my first PlayStation console and I just cannot believe that I have a problem.

Hello, Mark! Well, problems are part of life. Get too used to it. Regard the fact that your PlayStation 3 console is under warranty period, I suggest you to take it back to your vendor and ask him for new one or to wait to repair it for you. I think that this is some fabric error. I really hope this helps you.
