What is the difference between PocketPC and Palm? I have friends that have Pocket PCs and others have Palm OS, and all of them are pretty much satisfied with how their gadgets are working. So, generally, what are the (dis)advantages of these two OS-es? Which is more popular nowadays? Windows mobile or Palm OS?

I think the Windows Mobile is slowly taking over the market, Palm OS still owns a significant portion. The reason for Windows mobile advancement is the fact that the most of hardware manufacturers choose Windows, while Palm OS is found only on devices produced by Palm company. My preference is Windows Mobile.
