I have very strange and difficulty problem. Whenever I turn my computer on, it starts with restarting on 60 seconds. This has started last week, which means that I not use my computer for a whole week. I try to go to bios, but when I went there I didnt know what I should search and my problem continue to exist. Do you know what this is and how to solve it?

You caught Sasser worm for sure. To remove it from your system you will have to run some antispyware program. To do that, you have to first kill lssas.exe process for some time. I use AdAware and I can tell you that is great! When you download it, install it, go to safe mode and run it. It will remove Sasser from your system. I suggest you to install some good firewall on your system (I use ZA).
