| I have two hard drives on my computer. One is master and the other one is slave. Slave is Maxtor and has 300 GB. Slave hard drive, I call it slave but my computer dont, is old one and I put them like slave a week ago, and master is new one. But my computer from beginning doesnt show slave drive. Why? |

| There are few possibilities: check is your IDE cable is all right (try to change it). Also check if you have set jumpers properly, because if you are not, off course that system wont register it. It could be that your hard disk finished its service band life. After you check these all, you will know what the problem is. |
