PC crashes and restarts when dvd is loaded

Hello! I have Dell 2400 computer with installed Windows XP Pro SP2 operating system. I have very strange problem with my computer since I plugged new Plextor PX-16A DVD burner. Namely, PC crashes and restarts when DVD is loaded. I really do not know what the cause of this problem could be or how to solve it.

Hello! Well, cause of your problem is tfswctrl.exe. This is Windows process and sometimes causes problems ad only in that cases you should remove it. You will find tfswctrl.exe in Windows System 32 folder. When you find it there, right click on it and select Delete option. After this reboot your system and next time you boot DVD your computer will work just fine.
