| I have a problem with my sound card, It is a PCI sound Card with 5.1 sound effects. To be more precise, it is Inland Thundersound 5.1 Channel PCI Sound Card. From time to time a blue window appears, and this is not pleasant at all when I am playing a game or watching a movie. Any ideas? This is getting on my nerves. |

| Hello there. I really do not quite understand what may be causing your problem. Could it be you have a wrong driver installed? This kind of behavior is almost normal for a PC that functions with the wrong driver installed. My first advice is to download original manufacturers’ drivers and install them, naturally after uninstalling the previous one. Maybe the Windows installed divers itself, and maybe it is just not the right solution. I guess you have read all the specifications before installing that sound card and inserting it in the slot of your motherboard. If, after you have installed the new drivers, this kind of behavior continues, call the IT special or your vendor. |
