Hi there! I have a question about PCI connectors. I am getting use to it and I think this is better than AGP for the matter of graphics. But I wanted to know what the difference actually between those two. I mean it has to have some differences when they all have started making PCI instead of AGP.

Hi there! Well, you got it wrong! There is just slight difference between those two. You see, the fact is that AGP uses different things to operate from PCI is not disadvantage. AGP shows that is better with high resolution. CI cards are not pipelined, which means each instruction has to finish before the next one is run. Also, you have more PCI slots on your motherboard. So if one PCI socket fails, you just move your graphics to there while AGP is one slot only and then what youd do? Also difference is in pins, PCI are a bit longer than AGP and they are colored white while AGP is brown (usually).
