Outlook problem with opening

Hello! I cannot open my Microsoft Outlook! When I try to open it I gets some errors and nothing happens. I have never had problem like this and I really do not know what to do to solve it. I am not too familiar with software and hardware, too, so, any help will be appreciated.

Hello! When you cannot open your Outlook that usually means that you have troubles with OUTCMD.DAT file. Only you need to do 6to fix this problem is to delete this file. Go to search and type OUTCMD.DAT. When you find it, just delete it and try to open your Outlook. There will be no problems.
