Outlook problem sending/receiving email attachments

Hello! I am using Outlook 2003 and I have problem with sending and receiving w-mail attachments. Until now I have tried to reinstall Outlook 2003, but this did not help; I have checked account settings; I have scanned system for infection, but nothing is found. I am running without idea now. Help!

Hello! There is known issue between Outlook and some protection software. I think that firewall, antivirus or other protection program is the cause of your problem. You should check settings in these programs and enable option for sending and receiving mail (currently they treat attachments as threat and you need to change that).
