Outlook message header question

I am very frustrated with Outlook 2003 lately. When I print messages from Outlook 2003 then message headers won’t print. I do not know what has caused this because printing headers while printing messages from Outlook 2003 worked just fine until few days ago. I would be very grateful if you tell me how to fix this issue.

Failing to print message headers while printing messages from Outlook 2003 or Outlook Express happens if you have installed Internet Explorer 7 on your computer and when “Shrink to Fit” option is enabled. To solve this problem with outlook messages header you will have to apply hotfix which you can download from Microsoft web site. Find article ID 931657 on Microsoft knowledge base.
