I have a very annoying problem with Outlook. It keeps prompting me for password whenever I check my mail account. I am sure that I have entered right password during account creation because it worked for some time correctly. Can you tell me what to do to fix this issue? Thank you in advance for your time.

This is the problem that can affect all programs that store passwords Protected Storage System Provider sub branch of the Registry. Anyway this problem is caused by damaged system registry key. To remove damaged registry key enter regedt32 in command prompt. When registry editor opens go to this registry key: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Protected Storage System Provider. Right click on this entry, choose permissions and click on Advanced tab. Make sure that your username has full privileges and select Replace permission entries. Repeat this process for all keys listed under Protected Storage System Provider registry key. This will fix your problem.
