Outlook hanging up when opened

I sent an e-mail with a 10mb attachment yesterday and it bounced. It seems that the recepients e-mail server does not support large attachments. And now, each time I start the outlook it starts receiving back that mail and hangs up. What am I to do? Can I delete the mail somehow? I've tried a few things - even tried starting outlook in the safe mode but it didn't help.

I had a similar problem a few months ago and I suppose that this will help: you should try accessing your account by webmail, that bounced mail should be there, and you should try to delete that mail right there. I think that this is the right way but maybe there are some other options. By the way I think it's strange that your server allowed sending such a huge attachment in the first place.
