| I use internet practically every day. Since few months ago, I could not defend from different sorts of viruses. I even reinstalled XP several times but it did not help for any longer. A day or two on the Internet and I am deep in problems again. From the Internet sphere, I am mostly using e-mails. That is why I think to replace Outlook express with Outlook. What are the differences between those softwares? I've heard that Outlook have some calendars problems. |

| They have been made for the same purposes but they are completely different. Microsoft Outlook is a part of Microsoft Office and it is much more complicated from Outlook Express, which is an aggregated part of Windows. It does not have any bigger advantage for overage user. I think you should stick with Outlook express and you should get some good anti-virus protection. I will recommend you a combination of SpyBot Search & Destroy and AVG. Those programs should be the best tool for that. Both programs are freewares, and they are very efficient. They are representing a real deathly combination for viruses. The best proof for that is that I am also on the Internet every day, I am using Outlook express and I don't have any problems. |
