Well, this is very strange and very annoying issue. When I double click new mail message to read it, Outlook automatically deletes this message. Message is still open in separate window but when I close it I cannot find it anywhere. Do you know why Outlook automatically deletes messages? Any help would be appreciated.

Hello. I can imagine how you feel. I had the same problem and lost many hours trying to find out why Outlook automatically deletes messages. The answer is that it does not delete them. Outlook just hides read messages. To change this setting go to View – Current View and uncheck “Hide Read Messages”. This will fix your problem.
