Hello. I am running Windows XP Professional operating system with Service Pack 2 installed and Microsoft Office 2003. I want to ask you following: my default e-mail client is Microsoft Office Outlook 2003. How I can configure it to automatic receive of incoming mail. I have seen at my friend that this is possible.

Hello. This is very easy. Only you need to do is following: open your Microsoft Office Outlook 2003, and then click Tools menu and click Options and Options dialog box will appear. Click Mail Setup tab and Send/Receive button. Check Schedule an automatic send/receive every (choose value) minutes. When you do this, you will be able to receive automatically incoming mails.
