I want to start using outlook xp instead of outlook express. But there is one thing that I still don't know how to do in outlook so I haven't switched yet. Outlook express has this feature that I like that you can attach photos to your mail in a way that they will be seen in the message's body. Can you do this in outlook xp? And if you can, how?

One way to put picture directly in the body of the message is this: you should open the picture and then right click and select copy. After that open your mail and just do paste. I don't know any other way to do it but this is how I' ve been doing it since I started using outlook. I hope this is the answer you were looking for.
