I need some help with my Outlook Express. After latest Microsoft automatic updates that I downloaded, Outlook Express reports unknown error whenever I start it. I have Microsoft Windows XP and Outlook Express 7 installed and everything worked fine until updating. I do not know what is wrong. I would appreciate any help.

There are different reasons that could cause problem like yours. It could be an error in the process of downloading and your update file is damaged. You should try to download it once again and than try to install it one more time. Second, you might not have a proper version of Windows on your computer. Your version of update could be for some other version of operating system or outlook express. In that case, you have to find and download a proper version of updates. Maybe your update needs some service pack or add-ons to be installed previously. If nothing helps, you have to reinstall Windows from the beginning.
