Outlook Express not Displaying Web Content

Hello! I am using Outlook Express 6 on my new PC and it will not show any pictures in the e-mails I'm receiving. I couldn't find the settings that would help me enable Outlook to read html mail (I assume this is what I need?). Could anybody please enlighten me? Thanks!

First, select 'Options' on the 'Tools' menu. Then select the 'Security' tab, and then, under 'Download Images', you should see a checkbox titled "Block images and other external content in HTML e-mail". Make sure this one is unchecked. Easy, huh?
