Hello there. I had to reinstall the whole system from the scratch. I had so many viruses inside my PC, that only formatting helped. There is no so much strong and capable antivirus program, yet I think. Anyway, the Outlook Express worked fine, I was able to send and receive emails before. Now, totally different story. How do I set this up? I am waiting for Outlook to check out the mail for over 20 minutes and still nothing. Thanks in advance.

Hi. There is probably some mistake regarding incoming pop3 mail server. What about sending messages? Can you send any? If you weren’t inside the settings for Outlook Express by your self, than try to delete the account. Go to the tools, than account settings. Right there click on the mail tab and then delete all present accounts. If there is no any, create new by clicking on new. Enter your name, email address, and email servers. For example, every incoming mail server should look like this: pop3.(your provider name).(provider’s domain name). This means, pop3.verat.net or pop3.aol.com. Most of internet providers are using pop3 protocol. The outgoing mail server is alike pop3, but it’s not pop3. It’s smtp server. The domain and ISP name remains the same.
