| Well, friend, you should never let anybody else use your account! This cyber world is vast and there are numerous vacant addresses that you can use. There is no reason for two people to use the same account. She has probably meddled with some settings and changed them. But frankly I have no idea whether Outlook has the option for deleting messages by its own. Maybe there is some setting that you can adjust so that it deletes messages that are older that, for example, two months. But, there is no reason to use this, when these web clients all offer the inbox size of more than 2GB. Take a look at settings and see if maybe something about deleting old messages is checked. |
