Outlook Express cannot download mail

Hello. I have to find out how to fix this problem as soon as possible or I will be in big trouble. Whole morning Outlook Express cannot download e-mail messages. I have not changed anything on this computer; I have not installed any new software or something like that. This just started this morning. Yesterday everything was fine. Please help me with this one.

There is no need for panic. I understand that you expect some very important mail but in this case you are free of responsibility. If Outlook Express just stopped downloading e-mail messages then I think that there is a problem with mail server and not with Outlook Express on your computer. You should notify people responsible for mail server about this problem and ask them to solve this.
