| Hello. I have reinstalled Windows few days a go. Everything is ok now. My old installation was too damaged and infected. But, I have found one problem with Outlook Express. And that is when I try to open attachment it just wont allow me to do so. It is gray and unreachable. Where do I set this to work, if this is normal for Outlook Express at start? Thanks. |

| Yes it is normal. Thats the default setting for Outlook Express. Every single file could be a potentionally dangerous application, right? But if you have installed some antivirus and firewall, than you can go to the Tools, Options, Security inside the Outlook and see the options for attachments there. Select for Outlook to allow attachments to be opened. |
