Outlook Express POP3 Mail hang

Hello! I am using Windows XP Professional operating system (service pack 2 is installed) and Outlook Express as my default e-mail client, but since few days ago I have problem with web access. I am not able to receive or send e-mails messages. Can you tell me what the possible problem is? Thank you in advance!

Hello! Well, I am sure that somehow your account setting is messed up and you will need to check it again and to correct data in pop3 servers option (because I am sure that it is cause of your problem).
