My roommate and I were using one computer for a year. We had two separate accounts and Outlook Express was our default e-mail client. He bought computer now and we need to import his contacts and messages to new computer and Outlook Express. Can you explain me how to do this?

Importing contacts to new user in Outlook Express is easy. You just need to export first all information from old Outlook Express. Export address book, copy messages in some folder, export mail account to file and news account if one exists. Save this to some media (USB, CD… or transfer it over network if your computers are connected) and then import everything in new Outlook Express.
