Outlook Express is giving me troubles. When I try to open it I receive following error message: Unable to open the Address Book. The Address Book may not be installed properly. This happens every time. Outlook Express is my default (and only) email client and I have lot contacts and mail messages stored within it. I hope I can solve this issue with your help.

This can happen from various reasons, but most common one is corruption of .WAB file (outlook address book). You should create new address book to solve this issue. First, find old address book and rename it somehow. After this start Outlook Express and create new address book (in most cases this will be done automatically). Microsoft does not recommend importing content of old address book because you can import damaged content and corrupt new address book. I guess that things in your address book are important to you, so before anything else export address book to some format (.csv for example) and import this file in new address book.
