Outlook Express 6.0 - Importing messages problem

Hello! My name is Marian. I am running Windows XP operating system with Service Pack two installed and I have a problem. From some reason my Outlook Express 6 won’t import messages. I really do not know what caused this problem or how I can solve it. I am newbie and I am not too familiar with this.

Hello, Marian. Unfortunately, it will be hard for you to solve this problem. Some registry keys are damaged. I think that it would be best if you delete completely Outlook Express 6 from your hard drive and install new one. Or, you can call some technician to solve your problem (which will be best solution).
