I have a problem with Outlook Calendar and items reminder. Sometimes item reminders entered in Outlook Calendar are not showing in designated time. When I open Outlook again I can see them showing as a missed items and they are correctly entered in Calendar. Can you explain to me what is happening with my Outlook?
Outlook, unlike scheduler in Windows and some other programs, can not notify you about upcoming events if it is closed. So, if you want to use it as a reminder you should keep it open all the time. So, this is not Outlook Calendar and reminder problem just a shortcoming in software (my opinion).
