Outlook Address book problem

All of sudden Outlook Express started to make a problem with address book. When I start Outlook Express I receive following error:" unable to open address book. Address book may not be installed correctly". After this, Windows informs me that I should reinstall Outlook Express. Is there some other solution for this problem?

This Outlook Express Address book problem is caused by cumulative update from Microsoft. To solve this problem you will have to uninstall update 911567. Uninstall this update from Add/Remove programs only. After this, copy address book to desktop and then delete it from original folder. Start Outlook and you will notice that it does not contain any contacts. Now import address book you have copied on desktop.
