Hello! I am not able to retrieve messages from mail server today. I am using Outlook 97 and when I try to download messages Outlook freezes and then sends me an error message saying : ThorConnWndClass: MAPISP32.exe - Application Error. I have tried to find out what is wrong but it seems that nobody knows anything about this error. Do you know something, perhaps?

This error is one of the Outlook mysteries that has not been solved for a long time. Microsoft never said anything about this error, but with trial and error approach we found out that this error has to do something with corrupted mail on mail server. If you have web mail you should log in and delete message that is causing trouble and then everything will work fine.
