Hello! I want to add a signature to my mails in outlook 2003 and I thought that I will be able to add them only when I want but it has been adding it to all my e-mails( and it caused me a bit of trouble I must say). How am I to disable this?

I think that somewhere in the signatures area there is advanced section and you should clear the 'Add signatures to all outgoing messages' box. After that whenever you compose a new message and you want to have a signature in it you'll have to go to insert menu, click signatures and select the one you want to use. I hope this will be of use to you.
