Urgent help needed! I just set up an account in outlook - it's my work mail account. And when I started receiving e-mail outlook also started deleting it all from the server! Why did this happen? What have I done wrong? And how can I get it back?
Outlook deletes mail off server by default. So unless you change this setting it will continue deleting it. What you need to do is go to Tools dropdown menu, click 'Services', select your work email account and then click 'Properties'. Here choose the 'Advanced' tab check the "leave a copy of messages on server" checkbox.
