I'm really confused. I've been using outlook 2003 for a long time and I had no problems at all untill 2 days ago when suddenly a message saying 'interface not registred' started appearing whenever I try to send an e-mail. I tried using repair/reinstall tool but it didn't do any good. The next thing on my mind is a complete reinstall but before that I was hoping someone might have another solution. Thanks in advance!

I've encountered this kind of problem before and I have the solution. What you need to do is to try re-registering the Ole32.dll file because there could be a corrupt registry entry. This is done by using the run window - press the window key + R and you should paste in there the following line: Regsvr32.exe %Windir%\System32\Ole32.dll.
Just hit OK and your problem should be solved. Good luck! And just let me know if it didn't help.

i have tried with the following command
Regsvr32.exe %Windir%\System32\Ole32.dll
But this gives a error of "DllRegisterServer Regsvr32.exe %Windir%\System32\Ole32.dll failed"
and has not solved the issue
