| These kinds of errors usually mean that something is really wrong on your side. Unfortunately, it can be a lot of things. According to Microsoft this error can be caused by incorrect account settings, badly configured firewall, antivirus software, bad modem and lot of other things. This makes this error very hard to troubleshoot so you will have to try to find solution using good old trial and error approach, testing all possibilities until you find what is wrong. |
