I have troubles sending e-mail from Outlook. When I try to send an e-mail Outlook tries to send it and after some time it reports error that Outlook is unable to connect to SMTP server and to contact my Internet service provider. I have contacted my ISP but they told me that the problem is on my side. Can you explain me what to do?

These kinds of errors usually mean that something is really wrong on your side. Unfortunately, it can be a lot of things. According to Microsoft this error can be caused by incorrect account settings, badly configured firewall, antivirus software, bad modem and lot of other things. This makes this error very hard to troubleshoot so you will have to try to find solution using good old trial and error approach, testing all possibilities until you find what is wrong.
