I need to backup and restore data from Outlook 2000 between several PCs. There are some information on one computer the needs to be available on all other computers in network. I would be really grateful if you could explain to me how to back up and restore Outlook data between computers.
It is quite easy to accomplish if you do not need synchronization between Outlooks on different computers. You can just transfer pst file from one computer to all other computers or you can export data from one Outlook to desired format and then import that data in other Outlook programs.
